Mobile app firmware alignment

Firmware support for timed flush, continuous weighing, and the scale features used by the current public mobile app.

Supports timed flush and continuous live weight/flow readings while idle.
Preserves older app profile transfers; compression is enabled only when requested by a compatible app.
Includes current tare, brew-weight, scale-reconnection, and profile-transfer scheduling fixes for both controller targets.
Both board builds and firmware regressions passed. Physical machine, scale, and public-iOS compatibility checks remain outstanding.
